Every community
recieves calls from citizens requesting assistance with something. Often
that something is an infrastructure improvement, such as patching a pot
hole or putting up a stop sign. Other times they are complaints
about junk vehicles or high weeds and grass. Still others are requests
about how to receive municipal services or something as simple as reserving
a tennis court.
The Customer
Service module is the ideal solution for receiving and tracking citizen
requests for services. It allows city officials to track citizen comments
and calls for assistance. Calls can easily be categorized with user-defined
categories and assigned to key employees for monitoring and actions.
The Customer Service module is integrated with the Work Orders module to minimize data entry, while promoting faster, more efficient customer service. It is also integrated with the Code Enforcement module to facilitate complaint resolution.
