The Impact IVR system extends the inspection scheduling and reporting functionality of the Impact Permits module. Contractors are able to use their office telephone or cell phone to schedule inspections and receive inspection results.

The Impact IVR system interacts directly with the Impact Permitting database. Because of this tight integration, an inspection can not be requested for permits on hold, that have expired, or that have been finaled. Additionally, system options allow contractors to specify morning or afternoon inspections. A complete log of all calls can easily be made to track call history.
